Anne Saad has served as a laboratory manager at the Boeing Company for almost two years.
In this role, she leads electrical engineers supporting lab tests with a portfolio of programs and projects totaling over $28 million of direct work to support the Boeing Company.
Anne enjoys mentoring engineers around the United States on a digital platform. She finds rewarding connections in the professional relationships she has developed over the years.
Anne also participates in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) programs for high school students.
Through the Society of Women Engineering (SWE), she finds ways to connect to the new generation and build a bridge helping new talent in the workspace.
Additionally, she loves sharing her heritage. Every year, she hosts Syrian cultural events to bring people together and build a stronger community.
Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Western Michigan University and a certificate in project management from Stanford University.
