Mugdha Vaidya is one of FreedomPay’s rising stars. She is an integral part of FreedomPay’s Commerce Academy, training production support and technicians on new products and features, system setup, and configuration.

With a strong E-commerce background, deep product expertise, and understanding of product health and customer experience, she is responsible for ensuring FreedomPay launches the highest quality and reliable products for its customers.
As a quality assurance (QA) lead, Mugdha heads a team of engineers to ensure execution of web products including payment processing service, loyalty programs, and FreedomPay’s advanced enterprise solution used by businesses across the world, such as Marriott International, Lloyds Bank, Inspire Brands, etc.
Mugdha has over ten years of experience in quality assurance (QA) and software testing. She is active in facilitating brainstorming sessions and working with cross-functional, multi-cultural project teams to determine how effectively the QA process can be improved to promote ongoing business new business development.
She graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in architecture before obtaining a Master's Certificate in Essentials of Software Testing and Business Analysis from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
She is a Certified Tester and is accredited by the American Software Testing Qualifications Board.
She strives to keep herself updated with the current technology through online education and collaborating with other QA community members.
She is always eager to mentor young women graduates and help them apply their knowledge/skills towards challenges in the technical world.
