Keshia Ellis is a customer success coach at Sage, where she assists small business owners with Sage’s SaaS-based mobile app.
Ellis has 10 years of customer support and technical support experience and began working with Sage as a technical support analyst.
She is also a Diversity and Inclusion champion and a co-Lead of Blacks United in Leadership and Development (BUILD) at Sage.
Ellis attended Clayton State University in Atlanta, Ga., where she majored in journalism and fashion merchandising. She has experience as a journalist, writing for the Socialtikmag fashion column in New York, covering Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, and the Z Spoke by Zac Posen show. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona.
