Gill Oakley is Vice President, Customer for Life, at Sage People.
Oakley leads the Sage People Customers for Life team, which is made up of Professional Services, Learning Services, Customer Support, Centre of Excellence and Customer Success.
She brings more than 25 years of operational and services experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Payroll domain.
Additionally, Oakley’s previous services management experience in other HCM companies, including ADP, Ceridian and SD Worx, has provided her with the tools to assist with the growth of a SaaS company from startup to scale-up.
Oakley started her career with Fairsail, which was acquired by Sage.
Post-acquisition, she went on to expand her role to a global function, focusing on consistent delivery of the Sage People product and achieving over 100% in increased services revenue year on year.
She attended Thames Valley University, where she studied management accounting. She is also a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a diploma in Payroll Management.
