Saima Khot's diverse background and eclectic upbringing drive her passion for uplifting women around the world.

At FinMkt, she works as a quality assurance (QA) tech support engineer for the Software as a service (SaaS) provider of point of sale consumer finance technology.

Saima leads a team responsible for testing web and mobile services, as well as lender policies.

Her work is vital to the performance and reliability of the workings of FinMkt’s consumer cash loan platforms.

Prior to FinMkt, Saima was an adjunct professor at Pace University, which enrolls thousands of students in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs.

Saima also taught computer science at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC). BMCC grants associate degrees in vocational, business, health, science, engineering, and continuing education fields.
