Tracy Clark is a flight test instrumentation and data ops manager at Bell Textron Inc, an aerospace manufacturer.
Since earning a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Louisiana Tech University, she has spent more than 19 years working in flight tests and evaluations.
Currently, she leads a team of engineers and technicians at Bell Textron’s Flight Research Center.
The team is responsible for providing solutions to gather flight test data from airborne data acquisition systems (ADAS) and processing the data for real-time and post-flight analysis.
Tracy is also helping to grow future talent.
She has coordinated Bell’s Math and Engineering Camp allowing students to gain experience in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). In addition, she has participated in several drives, walks, and mentoring programs throughout the years.
She is also a past community outreach chair for the African Ancestry Network, an employee resource group at Bell Textron.
