Ansys is a global leader in engineering simulation. Founded in 1970, Ansys is headquartered south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
"Ansys embraces all dimensions of diversity to create a truly inclusive culture, and our Women of Color STEM Award recipients reflect that commitment," said Julie Murphy, vice president of human resources at Ansys. "These five incredible women could not be more deserving of their awards. They are true trailblazers in their careers, and their accomplishments serve as inspiration to our next generation of tech professionals at Ansys."
Recently, Sujata, a senior manager of technical support, was featured in Ansys Employee Spotlights. She spoke of a passion for chemical engineering and customer relationships. She also said that once she joined the company after an acquisition, she became aware of "a multitude of opportunities, from computational fluid dynamics to structural mechanics."
