Jennifer Giannoulis is a technology business executive with Wells Fargo. Currently, she is the chief operating officer of the business services organization. Previously, she managed the Wealth & Investment Management Technology Portfolio Management function, partnering with business leaders. She has also led a number of initiatives to optimize technology management and create an enterprise-wide process for project work. Jennifer currently co-chairs a workstream within the Charlotte Women's Area Network. She is also an executive member of the Ellevate Women's Group and a member of the Charlotte Women's Club.
Jaleesa T. Harrigan is a nuclear-trained Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. She earned her commission through the George Washington University Navy Reserve Officers Training Corps and successfully matriculated into the Navy’s post-graduate nuclear propulsion training pipeline. As a Department of Energy and Department of Defense qualified supervisor of Navy Nuclear Propulsion systems, she has enforced effective reactor management, radiological controls, and environmental safety while fulfilling the role of a principal assistant to the ship’s Reactor Officer. As a nuclear programs manager, she prepares potential engineers for the Navy.
Telva McGruder is the chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at General Motors (GM). She leads the development and execution of strategies that will ensure positive change toward a high-performing, inclusive culture as well as equitable systems that maximize the power of diversity. She builds internal and external partnerships aimed at generating an equitable and inclusive transition to an all-electric vehicle future. Immediately prior to this role, Telva led global facility engineering and technologies, energy strategy, and multiple facility management strategies. She and her team were leading multivariable impact on the company’s carbon footprint, contributing strongly to GM's commitment to become carbon neutral in global products and operations by 2040.
Abir Sassi is a textile engineer and founder of Abir Sustainable Advisory, a consulting company for sustainability and quality. She works on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing advisory projects, coaching, training, and audits for all kinds of companies, especially industrial companies. She has experience in quality sustainable development, and industrialization, and spent 10 years in the supply chain industry.
SDGs are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by 2030.
