A first-generation engineering technology leader, Rosemary Pham has received three U.S patents and two Meritorious Invention Awards. In 2020, she earned a Boeing Innovation Award for replicating technology across enterprise sites. She has also received awards from Boeing Women in Leadership and Boeing Diversity & Inclusion.
Rosemary is a dynamic research and technology leader for composite fabrication supporting 777X Composite Wing Center at The Boeing Company.
In this role, she is at the top of performance in the organization and is responsible for complex composite fabrication projects with key performance indicators that resulted in a $64 million return on investment. She thrives as a servant leader with a passion for developing people, teams, and organizational cultures.
Rosemary earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado and a master's degree in system architecting and engineering from the University of Southern California.
