WHY SHE WON:

"I have spent most of my career in engineering design and development. Last year, I decided to make a career change to increase my business acumen and skill set by taking a position in the supply chain to run the Electrical Supplier Engineering Department. I really enjoy developing others and find it a very rewarding experience to watch people grow and reach their full potential. I inspire others by encouraging them to constantly stretch themselves and soar to heights they hadn't thought of before. I have an open door policy and people always come first."

Cheryl Biagini leads an organization of engineering professionals focused on supplier technical performance for a portfolio of electrical technologies. She serves as a key member of the RMS Supplier Engineering leadership team.
