Jessika Leycock is the head of customer quality at Vitesco Technologies. She and her family relocated from Panama to Chicago when she was nine years old.

Despite the challenges of learning a new language, Jessika excelled in math and science, inspired by her parents who were civil engineers and architects.

Jessika earned a degree in electrical engineering from Northern Illinois University and interned with Motorola Automotive for two summers during her studies.

After graduation, she accepted an offer from Motorola in Texas, where she gained invaluable experience in product engineering, application engineering, and product marketing.

She later moved to the Midwest and worked in system engineering, becoming the primary point of contact for Motorola Automotive's customers in Michigan.

Jessika's strong relationships with her customers and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams helped her become a successful project manager. She led the launch of a third-generation product, which was a great success.

As the global head of customer quality for Vitesco Technologies, she manages and drives quality performance for their top customers, Ford Motor Company and Cummins.

She has devoted 20 years to the automotive industry and her multicultural experiences, collaborative spirit, and expertise in R&D have made her an outstanding leader for Vitesco Technologies.
