Anagha Indic is a senior software engineering supervisor at L3Harris. She began her career as an intern at Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, Alabama.
While there, she centralized an online training catalog on the company network, making it easier for employees to access training opportunities.
Anagha then worked on a robotics project, using Python and C programming skills. She joined L3Harris in 2019 and has been excelling as a software engineer on the F35 Tech Refresh program.
She has made significant contributions to the accomplishments of L3Harris and the F35 Tech program.
Anagha has also contributed to the Next Vehicle project. She played a key role in modeling the Next Vehicle's GCS Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA) services and participated in meetings with American Vehicles to refine the State Management Service.
She is also a member of the Futuristic Airborne Capability Environment Consortium, and an active member of the Asian Professionals for Excellence employee resource group, where she serves as communications chair.
She has participated in Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and submitted an I AM L3HARRIS story posted to the L3Harris MyNexus page.
Anagha is also a major influence in L3Harris' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative, having submitted a set of voice recordings for L3Harris Technologies, Inc. LinkedIn page as part of L3Harris' initiative for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Outside of work, Anagha volunteers at the Space Foundation Discovery Center (SFDC) where she gives presentations on NOAA's Science on a Sphere topics.
She is a corporate member of SFDC and represents L3Harris as an ambassador while she shares her passion for space and STEM.
Anagha earned her Master's in Systems Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is an active member of the Women in Aerospace organization, a seat given to her by L3Harris.
