Kristina Gilliard is currently an associate director for operational technology cybersecurity at Raytheon Technologies.
She leads a cyber defense team safeguarding 62 manufacturing environments. By introducing innovative cyber technologies, Kristina has strengthened the security of factories, labs, and mission areas.
In her previous role as regional site services manager, Kristina managed the information technology (IT) operations for the Huntsville, Alabama, region, which includes three missile systems sites and eight satellite sites with over 800 employees.
She was selected for this position because of her track record of driving results and pushing strategies forward.
During her tenure, Kristina collaborated with local leadership to improve IT targets, establish Raytheon's Immersive Customer Warfighter Center, and enhance IT collaboration within program spaces.
Before joining Raytheon, Kristina had extensive experience in various industries, including consulting, pharmaceuticals, and education.
She has earned several awards while at Raytheon, including the 2018 Women of Color Technology Rising Star, 2015 RMS Excellence in IT Award, 2012 Corporate Excellence in IT Award, 2012 Enterprise Excellence in IT Award, and multiple individual achievement awards.
Kristina is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Impact Church DFW.
She earned a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis.
