One of the honorees is Crystal Arnold-Johnson, a process engineer at The Boeing Company.

Johnson, who holds a master's degree in systems engineering, is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration from Capella University.

Within the Boeing Global Services business unit, she leads collaborative projects with technical experts to develop design practices.

Her previous role as a manufacturing engineer involved addressing manufacturing issues and process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
