Dr. Allyson A. Alston has become renowned for her expertise in process improvement. Her most notable achievements include creating a scheduling tool that improved on-time delivery to the production room from 79 percent to 91 percent.
Developing safety training for product packing led to a 40 percent reduction in field nonconformances and work-related injuries. Alston also co-chaired the Raytheon Technologies Black Excellence Network in Winston-Salem, NC. She is an RTX brand ambassador who represents the company at job fairs and hiring events.
