WOC STEM was founded three decades ago to recognize the significant and often unrecognized accomplishments of minorities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields.

WOC STEM has helped shed light on numerous career paths and uncover opportunities for young people aspiring to become next-generation STEM leaders, innovators, and inventors.

In October 2025, Career Communications Group (CCG) will proudly honor the 30th anniversary of the Women of Color in STEM Awards.

This inspiring event highlights the outstanding achievements of women in the vital fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Nominations open in January 2025, so prepare to recognize remarkable talent. Submissions close in spring 2025, and winners will be notified in June.

As part of this milestone celebration, CCG will present a special 30th-anniversary edition of Women of Color magazine at the event in October 2025.

All winners will receive recognition during the ceremonies to celebrate their extraordinary contributions to STEM.

The 30th Annual Women of Color STEM Conference will be held from October 23 to 25 in Baltimore, Maryland, and online through the Digital Twin Experience (DTX) platform.
