Tips for Getting Started:

Write the Cover Letter: Include a one- to two-page letter from the nominator explaining why the candidate deserves the award. Nominations from higher-level nominators tend to carry more weight.

Gather Letters of Recommendation: Although not mandatory, letters from influential individuals or those outside the organization can significantly enhance a candidate's application, so consider obtaining them.

Update the Nominee's Photo: Schedule or gather professional photos of the nominee as soon as possible. Use full or three-quarter body shots with simple backgrounds, avoiding bright or cluttered settings.
