These awards will be presented to trailblazers whose groundbreaking work in STEM is transforming industries and uplifting communities.

The recipients of the 2025 WOC STEM Awards hold various job titles, including senior research software engineer, chief information officer, senior vice president and chief information security officer, software engineer, director and senior counsel, postsecondary education programs manager, geoscience professor, vice president and chief financial officer, branch head, chief technology officer, Ph.D. student, innovation coach, security engineer, CEO and founder, senior vice president of Business and Technology Services and CIO, technology strategy senior manager, marketing manager, and professor of technology and emergency management.
