On March 8th, STEMconnector's Million Women Mentors initiative will be hosting a webinar to discover the latest research on women and leadership opportunities.
The Million Women Mentors movement supports the engagement of millions of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) mentors (male and female) to increase the interest and confidence of girls and women to persist and succeed in STEM programs and careers by 2020.
During the March 8 webinar audiences will gain exposure to the work happening across the United States and the world to ensure that women and girls have the opportunity to pursue engaging and successful STEM careers and learn what is on the horizon for the Million Women Mentors movement.
Last October, STEMconnector’s Million Women Mentors announced that it had reached two million pledges for mentoring relationships and is on target to reach its goal of three million by 2020.
