Mahathi Choudhry is a 2018 Women of Color in STEM Award nominee for Special Recognition in Diversity Leadership.
As a staff applications engineer with the Intel Programmable Solutions Group, Choudhry has helped drive the advancement of diversity and inclusion.
She was part of the development of the GetSET Program - a project aimed to encourage high school girls through hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) workshops.
Choudry also started an effort to create awareness of inclusion issues in the Programmable Solutions Group (PSG).
She led the Mother’s Room Improvement at PSG, which involved discussions with six working mothers, as well as meetings with the company’s facilities manager. Her efforts led to the addition of a privacy screen at the San Jose campus, towel dispensers, table fans, couches, lead-free wall color and paintings, and other additions for the mothers at PSG.
Choudry was also involved in Managing at Intel Culture Training as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council.
