Faith Ramusetheli is the transformation director for Sage Africa & Middle East.
She oversees a range of initiatives for the company, including supplier development, skills development programs, and socio-economic development.
Faith is responsible for driving business transformation at Sage South Africa, including compliance with Black economic empowerment regulations.
She brings to her role extensive experience in driving diversity and inclusion and equity within multinational technology companies.
Prior to joining Sage, she worked at Oracle, where she served as senior human resource business partner and transformation manager. She was also an HR operations manager at Microsoft South Africa before she moved to Oracle.
Faith earned a master’s degree in business leadership and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Human Resources from the University of South Africa.
She also holds a diploma in human resources from the Vaal University of Technology.
Faith is passionate about helping to grow the economy through the development of small businesses.
