Alejandra Barajas is a professional engineer with more than 7 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, programmer production control, and maintenance departments.
Currently, she is a quality engineer at Gulfstream, Mexicali, and has shown an extraordinary commitment to continuous improvement as she has notched up results improving quality and leading special teams and projects for the organization.
Alejandra also has great people skills, creating in the last three years very united and strong teams. Her contributions include helping to reduce 90 percent of the rejection of anodized parts related to damage on surface by the application of more than 20 improvements.
She also coordinated the analysis performed to re-define the critical characteristic in special processes areas and the generation of the system to provide the information used by the process engineer team to prevent any possible future disruption on these processes.
