Recognized as a Technology Rising Star at the 2021 Women of Color (WOC) STEM Conference, Huyen Galicia is currently a senior lead design program manager at AT&T.
She joined the telecommunications company in 2016 as a member of the Identity Management program. This complex project has changed how customers interact with AT&T products and services.
Recently, she was the lead for a program that changes how customers can schedule and check in to appointments at AT&T retail stores. She also launched a new profile experience for mobility customers.
