Phoebe Anderson started her career in the United States Marine Corps. One of her biggest achievements includes serving on the Armed Forces Inaugural Committee, where she contributed to the planning of the 1997 Presidential Inauguration event.
Anderson’s experience in the military, and later at Deloitte Services and Koch Industries prepared her for roles in the deployment of technical, management, and leadership development programs, learning effectiveness platforms, and human resources (HR) information systems transformation.
Today, as the People Services Hub Leader at Sage North America, Anderson leads HR administration, information systems payroll, reward, and benefits experts focused on colleague success, customer success, and innovation.
Sage is a market leader for integrated accounting, payroll, and payment systems.
Anderson also champions diversity and inclusion as a co-lead of the Vets@Sage colleague success network.
Anderson has held various HR transformation roles at Sage, providing business support through the implementation of data analysis, reporting and metrics and leading the North America region through HR information systems implementation of Sage People.
She has also served in continuous improvement roles identifying improvement opportunities for People Services, aligning with business demands to meet and exceed defined service levels and key performance indicators.
Anderson attended Devry and Colorado Technical Universities, where she studied business and human resources management. She is currently an SPHR candidate and a member of SHRM and PMI professional organizations.
