The Outstanding Achievement Awards (OAA) at the Waves of Change (WOC) Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Conference honors individuals in the workforce whom their employers have recommended.

The OAA Technology All-Star category recognizes accomplished women in mid-level to advanced stages of their careers, specifically those with over 15 years of experience, who have demonstrated excellence in their workplace and communities.

The OAA Technology Rising Stars category celebrates young women with less than 15 years of workforce experience who are actively shaping the future of technology.

Award winners make a significant impact on their companies, industries, and communities. They often serve on boards and engage in volunteer work or nonprofit efforts.
