Nia M. Jetter is a Technical Fellow for Spacecraft Autonomy, Flight and Controls. Throughout her career, she has supported 15 satellite missions from the Boeing El Segundo Mission Control Center.
Paris Forest is an information technology (IT) director for product systems and winner of the 2018 Women of Color in STEM New Media Leadership Award. Forest’s advocacy for the advancement and inclusion of people of color in IT has positioned her as a true leader in the industry.
Delores Alexander won the 2018 Women of Color STEM Managerial Leadership Award. She is an active volunteer for young women’s pursuits in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
In 2004, she became an advocate for Supplier Diversity, recommending strategies and managing initiatives for expanding Boeing’s base of small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, and historically black colleges and universities/minority institutions, as well as other diversity considerations.
Now vice president of indirect supply chain, she is responsible for several hundred suppliers that support the internal infrastructure for Boeing production systems, employee services, financial services, and IT.
Lynn B. Fox, director of the Apache Helicopter-International Programs for the Boeing Company, received an award for Professional Achievement at the Women of Color in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Conference in Detroit this fall.
Gena Lovett was winner of the Career Achievement in Industry Award at the Women of Color STEM Conference. As Vice President, Operations for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Lovett leads 7,000-plus employees who manufacture Boeing defense and space products.
