Odetta Scott is associate director of indirect supply chain business services at Collins Aerospace, a division of Raytheon Technologies.
In this role, she manages engineering supplier relationships and is responsible for deploying a Collins-wide managed service provider and vendor-managed solution initiative that drives process standardization, compliance, supplier rationalization, and savings.
Odetta views focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as critical to retaining employees in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) industries.
She currently mentors and coaches more than 20 individuals and executives. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she has trained 150 Six Sigma specialists.
Odetta earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Jackson State University, and a master's in organization development from Pepperdine University.
