Tips for Getting Started

Write the Cover Letter: Include a one to two-page letter from the nominator explaining why the candidate deserves the award. Nominations from higher-level nominators generally carry more weight.

Gather Letters of Recommendation: While not mandatory, letters from influential individuals or those outside the organization can significantly enhance a candidate's application. Consider collecting these letters if possible.

Update the Nominee's Photo: Schedule or gather professional photos of the nominee as soon as possible. Use whole or quarter-body shots with simple backgrounds, avoiding bright or cluttered settings.
