As ICF’s enterprise technology leader, she is responsible for developing strategies to transform technology services and solutions into a core feature. Sims has developed the Enterprise Technology Management and Governance Framework to drive the technology process maturity across ICF.
A member of the World Bank Group, IFC is the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets. They work in over 100 countries, using capital, expertise, and influence to create markets and opportunities in developing countries.
As an enterprise/solution architect, Sims has delivered public-sector technology solutions with values ranging from $100 million to $3.3 billion.
ICF’s highest-ranking woman in technology, Sims leads the Technology Leadership Council, Women in STEM, and advocates for the professional development of 1,700 technologists.
Sims is a founding co-chair of ICF’s Women Employee Community Network (ECN) that has built a safe place where employees can access needed support and discuss the challenges they face daily. The ECN has contributed to the reduction of the unconscious biases employees
face in the workplace.
