Sherita Ceasar is an executive with over 33 years in the communications industry. Her major accomplishments include launching the first Comcast Universal Caller ID cross-platform application, remote DVR, Comcast Content Distribution Network, Cavalry conditional access, and Cloud DVR platforms.
Sherita also led paging operations for Motorola as director of manufacturing for the North and South America Paging Group; technology integration and service business management as vice president and general manager of SciCare Broadband Services; vice president of digital launch and vice president of quality at Scientific Atlanta, and as the vice president and general manager of Charter Communications.
Currently, she is senior vice president of technology environments and strategy in Comcast Cable's Access Network and Technical Operations organization.
In this role, she is responsible for strategy, design, build, and support of Comcast engineering laboratory operations and strategic planning for technical facilities supporting technology and product roadmaps for over 1600 hubs across Comcast.

As senior vice president of national video deployment engineering for Comcast Communications, she transformed unique regional video deployment activities into a function that is a critical element of Comcast’s video platform. Previously, she was vice president of product engineering, cross-platform, and engineering services.
As vice president and general manager at Charter Communications she was responsible for over $255 million in revenue of the state of Georgia and leadership for over 500 employees in the sales and marketing, technical operations, customer care, field operations, financial management, human resources and government relations team in residential and commercial business. The Georgia unit is made up of over 300,000 basic subscribers with delivered services of digital, high-speed data, high definition TV, and video on demand.
In a similar role with Scientific Atlanta, Sherita served as vice president and general manager for broadband services. She was responsible for over $75 million in annual sales and provided leadership to over 275 employees in the technical support operations, business development, sales and marketing, broadband consultative services, and the training organization of Scientific Atlanta Institute (SAI) of SciCare.
Other roles she has held include director of manufacturing at Motorola for the North America Paging Subscriber Division. She directed manufacturing operations consisting of 2000 employees for a $1 billion paging business of alphanumeric and numeric paging products shipping to North and South America, Japan, and Puerto Rico operations.

In 2000, she served as national president for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), which had over 15,000 members at the time.
Sherita is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology and earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering. She also earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Sherita is the recipient of numerous achievement awards including CableFAX: The Magazine’s "Most Influential Women In Cable" and induction into the Women in Technology International (WITI) Hall of Fame.
