Rashida is known as a leader who strives to ensure not only client success but also cultivating an environment of trust and growth. She is noted for creating space for individuals historically underrepresented in technology.
She earned bachelor’s and master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
