Rona is a senior information technology (IT) executive with more than 25 years of success as a digital transformation expert.
She is a sought-after speaker and has given her insights during events held by Gartner, a global research and advisory firm providing information, advice, and tools for leaders in IT, and the Federal National Mortgage Association, commonly known as Fannie Mae.
Rona has also participated in symposiums held by the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), an organization dedicated to cultivating executive talent among Black technology professionals.
She is also a participant in Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA), a non-profit organization that provides resources to support the professional growth of minorities in the IT industry.
Rona also serves on the advisory board for the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center, a non-profit organization that provides a forum for government, academia, and industry to resolve emerging technology challenges. She has held executive board positions at the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), which has more than 21,000 active members in the U.S. and abroad.
