MobilizeGreen believes that, in order to build a society on a greener and more just foundation, young people must be provided an opportunity to help shape sustainability and environmental decisions in both the government and private sectors. And, these young people must reflect America’s rapidly changing, rich demographic mix.
MobilizeGreen Convenors include Howard University and the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Maryland.
Supporters include the USDA Forest Service, The Nature Conservancy, and the North American Association for Environmental Education; Deloitte, the Peace Corps, DC Government; and students, recent graduates, and emerging professionals.
