Kai Robinson, a senior human resources generalist at The Boeing Company, received the Technology All-Star Award during the Women of Color (WOC) STEM Conference — Digital Twin Experience (DTX).
Technology All-Stars are accomplished women of color from mid-level to advanced stages of their career (with 22 years or more in the workforce) that have demonstrated excellence in the workplace and in their communities.
WOC DTX 2021—a Multicultural Event—was held October 7-9. This year's theme, "Reset to Rise: It's A New Day!" reflects the global push to overcome the challenges of the pandemic and move forward.
For more than two decades, awards presented at this conference have served the dual purpose of showcasing outstanding achievements in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and highlighting the barriers that women face in the workforce.
For 26 years, employers committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have chosen the conference as the place to share best practices and strategies to attract and keep women in scientific and technical fields.
