The 2021 Women of Color STEM Conference, presented by Career Communications Group, will host industry-leading digital events this fall.

The conference aims to promote opportunities for women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in interactive seminars, awards programs, and live job interviews.

New in 2021 are the FinTech Leadership category award and the Top Women in Finance category award.

Other changes include 21 years or less experience in the workforce for the Professional Achievement award; 22 years or more of professional experience for the Career Achievement award, 21 years or less workforce experience for recognition as a Technology Rising Star, and 22 or more years of professional experience for Technology All-Stars.
