The Women of Color (WOC) Conference honors the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and ensures that the accomplishments of women in technical fields are visible to industry professionals, government officials, and students.

"The Women of Color Awards celebrate many of the country's most promising and influential female technical business leaders and Stellantis is proud that our women technical leaders are regarded consistently among such accomplished professionals."
A 2021 Career Achievement in Industry Award went to Deirdre Fultz, plant manager of the Indiana Transmission Plant. She was recognized as a proven and experienced leader whose contributions enhance her organization, company, and the community
Technology All-Star Jian Tao, a senior technical specialist, was recognized as an accomplished professional who has demonstrated excellence in the workplace and in the community.
