Unlocking the door to success requires a powerful combination of industrial organizational skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of business administration.
Amber Carlton is currently a talent management and organizational specialist at Vitesco Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.

She relocated to Texas in 2020, where she oversees the training department in a plant with 1,400 employees.
