Alicia Berenice Rodriguez is an inspirational leader who inspires a team of people in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields to perform better at Gulfstream Aerospace. Based in Mexicali, Baja California, Alicia manages a manufacturing area of 38 technicians, technologists, and engineers who report directly to her.
In her role as an operations leader, Alicia leads, coordinates, and reviews daily and weekly activities to achieve key performance indicators.
Alicia earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Culiacan Institute of Technology and a master's degree, also in industrial engineering, from the University of Puerto Rico.
