Women of Color Magazine acknowledges outstanding tech professionals at the annual Women of Color STEM Conference with achievement awards.
These early-career professionals play a key role in developing new technologies and innovations that will have a major impact on business and society.
One of the awardees, Ebony Jones, works as a research consultant at ICF.
She focuses on understanding the physical and mental health needs of her community.
Jones earned her Bachelor of Science degree in family life and youth counseling and also obtained her Behavioral Health Rehab Specialist License in 2008.
Furthermore, she started a resource company called Worldwide Youth Events, which aims to empower women through events and provides resources for job searches, education, and financial literacy.
Additionally, they offer assistance in creating health and mental health plans.
