Acetra D. Russell is a business operations integrator of global services at The Boeing Company. Acetra is passionate about coaching and helping others achieve their goals.

Acetra started her Boeing career as a staff analyst in the quality and composite fabrication departments for the 787 program in Charleston, South Carolina.
During this time, she learned how to gather and present data to site leaders and executives. After that, she became the chief of staff in delivery, where she partnered with managers to engage in employee development.
After two years, she relocated to Florida to support the site director as a chief of staff.
Acetra holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from South Carolina State University and a master's in organizational leadership from Charleston Southern University.
She also holds several certifications, including a Speaker and Coach certification and a Boeing Resolution Advocate certification. Her talents and experience make her an asset to the organization.
