Prior to Coalition, Xiaolin co-founded SimpleRose, a decision optimization analytics company. Before that, she served as head of China at Cloudflare, a public cybersecurity company, and led the company's expansion in Asia.
Xiaolin's operating experience, combined with her investment experience at Francisco Partners and J.P. Morgan, enables her to understand different stakeholders' perspectives and business models to building successful, sustainable companies.
