Nohemi Chagollan is the head of engineering software for architecture and networking at Continental Automotive Systems, Inc.

With over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, Nohemi has spent eight years in leadership positions.

Currently, she leads the software for business, architecture, and networking. In 2020, Nohemi relocated to the US from Mexico to head the engineering software department.

She started her career as a software developer in 2004, and in 2018, she was promoted to lead a research and development software department, where she managed a team of more than 90 engineers, including 12 direct reports.

In 2023, Continental announced that Aruna Anand would be the new President and CEO of Continental's Automotive Group in North America, effective December 1.

Aruna also retained her role as head of the architecture and networking business area for Continental Automotive's North American region.

Since joining the company in 1997, Aruna has held numerous leadership positions across the different business areas of the Continental Automotive Group sector.

She was the head of software for gasoline engine and transmissions systems for the electronic controls business unit within the company's then powertrain division.

She also led the wireless product group engineering within the connected car networking business unit of Continental's vehicle networking and information business area.

Before being named the head of architecture and networking, Aruna was responsible for leading Continental Engineering Services, an independently operating business unit offering comprehensive engineering services.

Aruna was also recently recognized at the Women of Color Awards Gala and received the Professional Achievement in Industry award.
