In November 2020, Iesha Scott Davis joined Amazon as a senior program manager for workforce intelligence.
Earlier this year, when she was featured in Women of Color magazine's Champions of Diversity: Top Women in Fintech list, she was at Bank of America where she worked for almost 13 years.
During this time, Davis held various positions. According to her LinkedIn page, they include process engineer (2002-2010), information systems security engineer (2010-2015), and senior engineer of business analytics and metric reporting (2015-2020).
Voluntary positions she has held include affinity group leader at Bank of America, executive vice-chair of the board at the Latin Academy Charter School, tutor, mentor, and operation strategist at iDream Inc., adult tutor at the Central Piedmont Community College, and math tutor and student mentor at the Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing.
In 2014, Davis earned an MBA from Emory University. Before graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering in 2008, she worked as an engineering analyst and served as a residential advisor at Georgia Tech.
