WE22 will take place October 20-22, 2022, in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center with the career fair being held October 20-21.

This conference is tailored to women in engineering and technology fields with plenty of opportunities to network, learn, and inspire. Awards will also be held during the conference for women in various engineering and technology fields.

There will be over 200 sessions held for attendees to engage at any career stage. Keynote speakers include Nancy Post, Vice President for Embedded Software and Solutions for the Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) at John Deere, Dr. Phyllis Schneck, Vice President, Information Security, and Cyber Chief Information Security Officer at Northrop Grumman, and Michele L. Sullivan HarperCollins Leadership author of “Looking Up.”

Some of the activities included during the conference include affinity group meet-up rooms to network, the rainbow room, a safe space for the LGBT community, and Committee Meet-up & Committee Dinner.
