The presence of women in STEM fields has increased over the last several years but there is still a long road ahead. Although Women make up half of those employed in STEM jobs, they remain underrepresented in physical science, computing, and engineering jobs, according to the Pew Research Center.
Women in STEM have taken it upon themselves to spread the word about what working in STEM really means. Here are 10 podcasts you need to listen to if you are a woman in STEM or a student searching for a career in STEM.

- Her Career Ladder- A podcast designed to provide Black, Latina and Indigenous women in STEM with career advice to advance their careers into leadership positions.
