During her career, Lisa has held several human resource (HR) management roles in small tech companies.
Most recently, she ran her own consulting practice, Powerhouse HR Consulting, where she trained HR leaders and business owners on HR law.
In 2018, she completed the Executive MBA program at Georgia State University, focusing on the principles of authentic leadership.
