The Women of Color magazine, which is published by Career Communications Group, has announced that its spring 2024 edition will feature its annual "Women of the Year" list.
This list honors women who have achieved remarkable success and paved the way for future generations.
The 2024 edition will spotlight ten trailblazing women who have shown resilience and a solid commitment to change.
Among the honorees is Lt. Governor Aruna Miller, who has made history as the second woman and first immigrant Lieutenant Governor of Maryland.
Dr. Fei-Fei Li, a leading contributor to artificial intelligence, and Major General Janeen L. Birckhead, who serves as the adjutant general of Maryland, will also be recognized.
Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw, a civil rights advocate and scholar, and Leah Abrams, the founder of L. Abrams and Company, a successful accounting firm, will also be honored.
