Now a senior electrical engineer for Spacecraft Battery and Solar Array, Amalia Aviles has made quite an impact during her 14-year career at The Boeing Company.
She is recognized throughout Boeing's Space and Launch business unit and the NASA Engineering and Safety Center for her knowledge of electrical power systems, battery, and solar arrays for satellites and space.
Aviles is part of an influential group of top technical leaders at Boeing. She has also been named Satellite Systems Employee of the Month, and successfully graduated from the Emerging Leaders Development Program. Recently, she was featured in a Boeing magazine for her dedication to volunteering activities.
