Maneesha Reddy Beeravolu is a senior engineering project manager at American Axle Manufacturing (AAM). This October, she will receive a Technology Rising Star Award at the WOC Technology Recognition Event for outstanding performance in managing engineering domains through project management.

As a senior manager, Maneesha provides leadership to a team of global project managers, and continually improves development processes and practices while evaluating methods, containing cost, and reviewing program planning, technical solutions, and risk mitigation.

Maneesha has led project management of several projects, including the Mercedes AMG ePIus SW development, the REE, and Gen 5-based electrification programs. As more electrification comes on board, Maneesha can be relied on to mentor the team for success, delivering software and electronics to customers and the market.

Currently, she leads the Electronics and Software project management group and has helped mentor the team to develop effective project plans and execute projects.

Maneesha understands the value of teamwork. In addition, she excels at motivating those she works with. She is an asset in meetings with the unique ability to balance a focus on results with creating a fun environment. She is an active Society of Women Engineers (SWE) member, advocating for women engineers' growth.
